Indecisio is built to settle group decisions, not to collect data. This page lists everything the app and this website store, in plain language.

The waitlist form

If you request a TestFlight invite, we store the email address you typed, when you submitted it, and your country (from your network) — nothing else. It's used once: to send you an invite. No marketing lists, no sharing with anyone. Email us and we'll delete it.

The app

• Your decisions live in your iCloud. Decisions, choices, photos, and votes are stored on your device and synced through your personal iCloud (CloudKit) account. We don't run a server that can read them.
• Sharing a vote publishes a ballot. When you invite people to vote, the decision's title, choices, choice photos, and your invitees' first names are copied to a shared database so their voting links work. Ballots are deleted when you delete the decision, and swept automatically after a decision has been closed for a while.
• No accounts, no tracking. The app has no sign-up, no analytics SDK, no ads, and no third-party trackers.

Voting by link

If someone sends you a voting link, opening it shows you the ballot and records the votes you cast, attributed to the name the organizer gave your invite. Results shown to other voters are aggregate only. The voting page stores a small credential in your browser so you can revise your vote; it contains no personal information. Our server applies short-lived rate limits by IP address to prevent abuse and doesn't keep IP logs beyond that.

This website

indecisio.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It's static pages served by Cloudflare, which processes requests (including IP addresses) as our hosting provider.
